The Richmond Way begins at Lancaster Castle and is a 65 mile walk through the stunning scenery of Lune Valley, the moors and fells of the central Pennines and the Yorkshire Dales, ending at the stunning North Yorkshire town of Richmond in Swaledale.
The Richmond Way walking trail was devised by John Coppack and is combination of public footpaths, ancient tracks and quiet country lanes, making a walking route that is easy to follow.
